Refund Policy
Conference Registration
All conference registration refund requests must be made in writing to treasurer@amwancal.org by May 15, 2024 (11:59 PM Pacific Time) to be eligible for a partial refund. Approved requests will result in refund of the registration fee minus a $35 administrative fee. Requests made after May 15, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund for any reason. No refund or credit will be given for failure to attend, no shows, late arrival, or early departure. Conference registrations are non-transferable.
